Happy New Year! Here at Collected Possibilities, 2023 is officially the Year of the King - Kings Dominion! We got ourselves a season pass to one of the biggest attractions in Virginia, and throughout the year we'll be looking at each of their seasonal events and attractions in a comprehensive deep dive of our very first, fully fledged theme park in show history. First up is their off season holiday spectacular WinterFest.
And who better to interrogate a king than a president - in this case, The President of Wrestling: PHIL STAMPER! Phil is the Swiss Army Knife of the fights and tights crowd, and he'll be my tag team partner as we fight a battle for joy and whimsy against a rapidly dropping temperature. We dive into how and why Phil's body hates him - from injuries, to neck surgery, and going into shock. He shares the joy of being dragged behind a car in a crazy stunt, our side quest to Denny's goes awry, and we learn that Santa once got drafted? All this and a parade!
